By the same people? because this RE3 feels very different than the RE2 remake
It was a different team, what feels different about it?

Idk, seems more.. blockbusterish, or goofy, the action of it, the flashs of Jill as zombie
Not necessarily bad as of now but I was just a lil taken by surprise I can tell it’s not the same vision
So this game isn't made by the same people that made RE2 Remake?
Not entirely, but members of that team stepped in to help out after the success RE2 received

3 was always more action oriented so I’m sure it’ll be a nice balance between 2 and 4

No they were in development at the same time

Good point
Kinda nervous about this now. With different people handling it. Just get the exact same people or damn near close, that worked on REmake2.
Source?
Dusk on resetera, he’s a proven poster that has provided accurate insider info many times. My bad cause I don’t have the actual post on hand right now, but if you read the RE3 thread on there it’s in there somewhere
I could never get into the original, idk why. I found it really difficult when compared to 1 or 2
Am I allowed to talk about the RE2 remake on here as well?
I just started playing it tonight and this game is unforgiving with how easy it is to run out of ammo/knife.
This is my first time playing any version of RE2

Have you played any of the classic RE games? Resource management is key, you shouldn’t expect to kill every single zombie. To help you out, make note of what passageways you’re going through frequently and clear those completely + board the windows up

Yeah, I’ve been making sure to turn my map as blue as possible. Sometimes I end up trying to not kill all the zombies (or can’t due to no ammo) but I feel like with the re-exploration I’ve just done I ended up killing all that I came across.
This is my first time playing old school RE, ive only played new school RE.
Hopefully it will get slightly easier once I get the machine gun or whatever. I have the staff but I don’t know how close I am to have the area that leads to the interrogation room unlocked.
I’ve only actually died one time so far in this game and it was super early on so I guess it’s not hard in that sense per se just hard trying to get around the zombies when you have no ammo. I’m playing Claire and thankfully ammo has been a bit betyer with the having both the handgun and the grenade launcher.
Apparently I played 4 hours tonight but I’m definitely not 4 hours into the story LOL

Blowing their legs off vs killing them saves a lot of ammo as well. Especially on Hardcore.
