it's about patience i feel mainly.
how i started was listening to nature sounds to help calm me and take me into it. as if i was doing it outside.
I close my eyes and breathe deeply through my nose
And really try your best to remove any thoughts (the point is to cleanse your mind)
One way is to "look" at your eyelids
best way to describe that lol cause if you not it's almost like your "looking at your thoughts" so looking at the eye lids gets rid of that for me
and don't worry if thoughts do come in, just continue to breathe and remove them.
too many people stop and say it's hard when that happens.
you'll get better fam.
throughout the day, dam near nothing will faze you (or you will respond instead of react!)
