Oh yeah Bro I just did it laying down this morning lol
And if I was tired or didn’t get much sleep I almost fell asleep a couple times lol
But drink a big glass of water or hot tea before you
A lot of times I find if I get into a deep meditative state I won’t fall asleep I’ll just be super relaxed and breathing automatic
When you open your eyes and feel super calm

Always been too scared to go see a doctor to get “officially” diagnosed with depression
Plus I always hear meds f*** with your moods and brain and idk that sounds scary and maybe even permanent

Dl an app called 1giantmind. It’s 100% free no subscription s*** and they really show you techniques that are simple but very useful. The best app I’ve ever used for meditation
I drink coke with sprinkled water
It relaxes me
Meditation, exercise, coffee, a drink here and there, edibles (can't smoke cause of asthma) and tea. And reading. Mostly reading.
A good shroom trip on average once a year is essential to me as well.
I honestly dont feel any different taking this. It doesn't help at all. It does f*** with my memory though and thats why I kinda want off of it but I know my doc wont allow me without putting another medication on me. I've been on it for about 5/6 months now im at 80mg
I've been off latuda for about 2 weeks now. Not much of a difference yet but I have lost 3 pounds. Dont know if that's related or not.
Now I just take effexor and topamax
