If a girl wants you to approach her, 9/10 they'll send out a signal and if you pick up on it that's your moment to capitalize. Problem is most guys don't pick up on this stuff or are too insecure (we've all been there) and a lot fo the time girls hints are so subtle it's hard to tell.

You just have to put yourself in their shoes for a second: any half decent looking girl has been hit on every single day of their life, multiple times a day, since they were teenagers. So if you see a girl who you want to talk to and she gives you any sort of opening, just go for it and be yourself and she's either gonna continue the convo or give you the cold shoulder. All you can do is try.
