bruh yll cant be leaving me hanging with these 5 word responses man lol fill me in with details bro

Cluster A and C disorders (usually those that are symptomatic of anxiety, depression, and similar conditions) are fine to deal with in pertaining to a romantic/sexual partner because those don't tend to lend themselves to a world of emotional and/or physical abuse the likes of those with a Cluster B type (e.g. BPD, Narcissistic PD, Antisocial PD) have in spades. I learned this the hard way two years ago

Mania is like a state where you feel like you're living in Skyrim or GTA(single player). It's like you feel like you're the only real person that exists in reality, or have an insane inflated ego. It's like being pumped full of cocaine but you're sober.

Then it dies and you get depressed. Type 1 episodes can last months, type 2 is just shorter

Psychosis can happen from mania for other reasons too, stemming from limited abilities to sleep, you might be awake for days on end with mania

I once fell into a fugue state from long term mania and just woke up multiple days later in a psych ward. I thought I was in a dream at first because I had severe hallucinations

this is the best description I have ever f***ing read, thank you for opening my eyes. I just wanted to know what it feels like. The guy i know who had episodes i feels orry for dude i dont judge him though, but thats just how yalls brains work. I guess the meds help right? But how are people with this disorder trggered in relationships ? and how do they take it out on other people?

Meds are what killed off my full episodes. I don't really ever have even hypo manic episodes anymore but I can have short lived depression spurts. My cat died recently and the grief was so overpowering I was feeling that for weeks, but I was ok

With BPD I don't know enough. It's seems like anything almost. The mood swings can be so fast vs other disorders. But BPD is well known to have a big emphasis of feelings stemming from fear of abandonment

    Yes.

We could never make an official jump into a better relationship but we're still good friends.

There's so much trust and patience I had to learn to have and build, but I'm glad things have changed for the better. The progress is beautiful when you give it time.

Yeah. They’re not worth it man. Broken people. They’ll drag you down to their level and destroy you. You can’t save them from themselves.

Really depends on if the specific person is getting help, or wants to get help

The ones that do not fall under that, yes they will ruin you

I’m mostly referring to borderline here. Bipolar mfs are cool.

BPD women are like sirens. They seem nice on the surface but they’ll drag you down and drown you. It’s a trap brother.
