How do you win ? Not how do you leave, how do you win ?

it’s a losing battle my dawg. to “win” is to suffer forever through a one-sided relationship.

Yep one of my BPD exes is still stalking me 6mo later using burners to check my ig comments and follow every girl that says something positive
And you go nuts dealing with it because rationality and logic are out the window with them

I had a girl once whom I love a lot. The love of my life, I'd say. She has social anxiety. I wasn't experienced enough to deal with it properly.

I've seen BPD, bipolar, OCD, ASPD, psychosis, NPD, severe depression (but the kind that manifests in outwardly unhealthy behaviour and habits that affect others like threatening to kill themselves) and severe anxiety absolutely destroy people and relationships beyond repair. I can tell you countless stories from every relationship.

Unless you're prepared to face the extreme challenges, I highly advise you not to engage -- I say this as a woman who was diagnosed with severe depression, severe anxiety, and ADHD+autism who's partner is still learning to cope with these things.

I also have several longterm close friends and acquaintances who have NPD, BPD, and bipolar disorder, and it's really rough to see. I've also lost two very close friends to suicide due to mental illness, and the mark that it left on their romantic partners was devastating. I've seen so many people getting hurt and actually damaged as people over the years.

No p**** is worth the very likely complications you will face, but if you really love the person and are willing to work with them to create a healthy relationship, that's amazing and I wish you all the best :)
