I honestly wish 40 hours a week wasn’t the norm for work. Wish the norm was 30. So much wasted time not doing anything when your tasks are done for the day. What are your thoughts?
I feel you. 20-25 is an ideal productive sweet spot for me. I don't mind working an 8+ hr shift here and there but it cant be the normal schedule
A nation wide 4 day work week would be perfect. My uncle works at a company where they only work from Monday to Thursday
He works 10 hours a day tho, but I'd gladly work 2 extra hours per day for a 3 day weekend
