It’s really 10 hours everyday when you factor it waking up, prep and commute. Then add in going to bed early and it seems like you’re at work all the time.
Five days is entirely too much. Only 2 days a week for self? A 4 day work week should be the norm.

I agree. But half of office people are on reddit 3 hours a day. Its either a 12 hour day rushing, or nothing to do. There is no balance.
