Throw it all out and make it hard for yourself to cop - ie dont keep cash, if you use a dealer delete their #, etc.
Im on day 4 right now, one thing that helped me too was making a pact with a friend (he quit cigs and I quit weed at the same time)
1. If you're using it to cope with boredom, pick up a hobby to replace it. After a week sober it'll become 10x easier.
2. Try having a set time for smoking. I've been there b4, but if you wait until around 3-5pm to get high you'll save weed and smoke less.
3. You might not even have 2 quit cold turkey Tbh. This kinda goes with my last tip but try to only wake n bake and smoke before bed. My grandparents been doing this they whole life and still haven't quit.
It really depends if you used weed to self medicate, because then you need to treat the course.
You also need to be aware if you have developed mental issues from smoking everyday and becoming addicted
If one of these are true, it makes sense as of why you have a hard time kicking the weed

I think I did use it for fun at first then it kind of became this void filler where it makes life more exciting. Like yesterday i stared outside the window for a good 10 minutes not doing anything. Its crazy because i only notice i space out like that when i dont smoke. It become my sleep aid. its hard to even eat without it.

Delete ya dealers number and pack your day so you just stay busy/tired and dont get bored thinkin about weed

this is true but ur sleep quality improves a lot when you do get acclimated to sleeping without weed again
When I started having to take other s*** with it to feel better
Started just weed
Then getting cross faded (weed + drink)
Then started weed + drink + Molly/ecstasy/coke etc
I kept pushing myself to go harder and harder and finally my breaking point was getting caught up with some police s*** so I decided to turn my life around. Part of that was going sober for at least a year
It sucks now especially on days when I’m stressed or overwhelmed but I do ultimately feel better mentally and physically and have decided to exercise more instead of numbing myself
