No one gonna live your life but you man
youre the one thats gonna have to stop or take a break and in that break REALLY reflect on how you feel mentally at the time and see if not smoking is what's best for you

Psychological dependence is MUCH harder to break than physical dependence

  • Just stop but it messes with you mentally so you end up going back to it since sleep/hallucinations/etc hits you hard for a couple of days/months.

Getting that s*** out of your house is first step

    1. If you're using it to cope with boredom, pick up a hobby to replace it. After a week sober it'll become 10x easier.

    2. Try having a set time for smoking. I've been there b4, but if you wait until around 3-5pm to get high you'll save weed and smoke less.

    3. You might not even have 2 quit cold turkey Tbh. This kinda goes with my last tip but try to only wake n bake and smoke before bed. My grandparents been doing this they whole life and still haven't quit.

Why are your grandparents so groovy?

Realizing that it started to give me anxiety and leads me to overthinking more than I do sober so it wasn’t worth it anymore
