    I’ll start w/ The Alchemist

For me, it was this book that was the start of changing my habits. It’s odd, because this book isn’t really about changing your life it’s more-so just having gratitude for the life you have now.

We search our whole lives for meaning and purpose when it could be right in front of us

Give "One Hundred Years of Solitude" a read if you haven't. I think you will enjoy it.

Seems like an odd choice but for me it would be "A Gentleman in Moscow"

There is just something about this book that made me want to enjoy the little things in life.

I’d have to say the Bible. Specifically the King James Bible. Anyone can read it as a novel, but when God sees your heart and your honesty for wanting to know Him, this thing opens up. No offense but I can’t even talk to religious folks too much because it’s parroting false teachings.

The understanding of this book really comes from having a relationship and sticking to Gods word. Through it, He’ll show you the past, present and future. One will have various dreams, visions and begin to understand this world on a spiritual side.

Then! Oh man, once He sees you’re ready, if you’re humble and adherent; you’ll receive more of His books, that contain more understanding, more wisdom! Honor thy mother and father is a spiritual thing. God is our father and wisdom is our mother! Yo, then there’s the Holy Spirit! If you’re blessed to feel the Holy Spirit, it’s life changing. Being filled with the Holy Spirit is greater than any d***.

Yep I’d say the Bible. All Praises To The Most High

i was a very inexperienced reader at the time i read it. it was really the first book that i read with a 'serious' tone and felt like real life.

it was just so depressing, but felt SO real to me. it changed my life because it opened up my eyes to literary tones that i had not experienced and allowed me to see life through different color lenses.

These two books have played a crucial role in my understanding of people and how we work differently from other living organisms. First book focuses more on thoughts, and the second one also but it explores relationships, freedom and love and death etc. as well.

    What is Called Thinking?
    by Martin Heidegger

    Freedom from the Known
    by Jiddu Krishnamurti

Then there's this book I'm currently reading which you might want to check out too!

    The Rebel
    by Albert Camus
