I always find it difficult to answer these.
Not sure if there has been a book that really changed my life, but all the reading definitely made an impact on my life and changed it in some ways.

My Struggle by Knausgård helped me through the most difficult time of my life, I could disappear in those books and I read all 6 of them within 2 months.

Goosebumps series as a kids really made reading a habit for me. Being a good reader helps me now when others struggle with the standard textbooks at college.

    beefy the body

    Meditations by Marcus Aurelius

mixed bag for me, a lot of beautiful and philosophical musings on death and existence but also a lot of platitudes and cliches like “everything happens for a reason” and s*** like that. Also a lot of cringe stuff like thanking the gods for my obedient wife and good slaves and s*** lmao.
