Interesting, could you maybe give a short summary of that? Like how would you answer the question after reading the book?

I haven’t gone back to it in a minute but he starts by breaking down the flow state and how trying to achieve it is paradoxical. Then he goes into and gives historical accounts of how Taoists devoted their lives to achieving this state constantly (wu wei). Definitely an eye opening book and to answer your question I think nowadays with all our distractions its almost impossible unless you got a real passion behind what you’re doing

Anytime brotha 💯
I’ll start w/ The Alchemist
For me, it was this book that was the start of changing my habits. It’s odd, because this book isn’t really about changing your life it’s more-so just having gratitude for the life you have now.
We search our whole lives for meaning and purpose when it could be right in front of us
