Anything trap mixed by Alex Tumay, Bainz, Seth Firkins, MixedByAli, KY, Keisha Lee and Jaycen Joshua.
Not because they are "trap engineers" but great engineers in general

yessir
Seen It All? That album from 2014 from trap legend Jeezy
I played it through my Speaker 5.1 system in my living room and the album felt warm and smooth through the entire album listen! Besides, Jeezy albums usually have 💩 mixing, so this was an absolute standout and took me by surprise!
I'd consider Rodeo a trap album. Trap is beyond the lyric content. It's a sound now
Finally someone spoke up, Trap is all about the sound and less about subject matter. When will you simpletons ever realize this?
vocal mixes are eh tbh
it’s quite well done, especially in comparison to how the rest of travis’ stuff is mixed
piss on your grave, impossible, flying high, pray for love, 90210
thats damn near half the album that has zero trap elements idk why folks keep arguing this
piss on your grave is an obvious trap song lol wym, where you just listing it here because of the psych rock intro?
btw once again if Rodeo is trap then Views is dancehall
both albums are heavily influenced by those things, I don’t see why they wouldn’t be described as that

and there is trap lyrical content on the album people just ignoring for some reason

That is true and half of the features are trap artists

yeah it has been that way since roughly 2013 idk why there’s still so much dispute around trap becoming it’s own sound when that was made clear so long ago lol

Right as if trap artists don’t talk about doing d**** more then trapping these days 🤣
Maybe some of the trap beats on that Compton album by Dre
this album was the first that came to my mind
young thug and 21 savage got some great mixings too, but there are some complex stuff that you only find in the last albums by kendrick since TPAB and compton by dre(which most of those are not trap)
things like the stereo image and how they blend a lot of audio tracks without sounding polluted are some of the things that make a mixing above normal, you dont find that in most of trap stuff because the production are really basic.
21 savage is an exemple of real simple production with great mixing, and this dre song is an exemple of complex production with great mixing
great mixings are not meant to be complex, it just has to sound good in most sound systems and still sound filled even in mono because most concerts are played this way
travis had some lazy and great mixing in astroworld, mike dean did some complex stuff and still let some basic bullshit pass through
and rodeo doesnt sound so great nowadays, those kicks and 808`s could be better
that zeze reverb vocals were f***ed up too, good that are fixed now
piss on your grave is an obvious trap song lol wym, where you just listing it here because of the psych rock intro?
those are not trap patterns
but ill give you that the sounds during the verses are trap drum sounds
yeah it has been that way since roughly 2013 idk why there’s still so much dispute around trap becoming it’s own sound when that was made clear so long ago lol
Honestly niggas be sounding like old heads at this point lol. S*** has changed.

lol it’s not about gatekeeping, at least for me. it’s literally just weird the lines that are drawn.
is post malone trap? is kanye? ariana grande? drake? i think most people would say no to all of these, but all of them have albums with significant influence from trap production on a majority of tracks, so it’s weird that albums like Rodeo are praised as such. it’s just literally not correct, not that it’s people hurt that Travis wasn’t trapping
